Took an hr for an oil change, and noone was there but me. I've NEVER waited that long. This dealership used to have a ton of cars and employees with a quick oil change system, that's all gone, which is VERY disappointing. I grew up knowing this dealership. My family has bought multiple cars from Mike Griffin. I really hope it gets better.
