I can’t help but share my outstanding customer satisfaction experience yesterday while perplexed about the transition of my HOA Fees payment to a new platform. I called in and had a very helpful and soothing conversation with Heather. Often, we experience a lot of frustrations with CS but Heather made me felt like an old friend. She did not only walked me through the process but made me feel like a cakewalk. After traveling by air for more than 16 hours and having to deal with all my home responsibilities (promise, it’s a very long list), Heather took this pain like a very simple allergy. Thank you, Heather. They should make you Manager of our HOA and beyond! You certainly make life so simply soothing!

They manage our HOA. Very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of management. I suspect the folks with the negative reviews probably are habitually late with their dues and / or received a notice of violation for non compliance.
I would not think twice about recommending GM for property management services.

Worst company period... they take kickbacks and endanger the homeowners. They are absolutely the most unprofessional management company in 500 mile radius. They won’t solve issues. Even when police are involved and proof is given they will continue to fight against the homeowner. In my experience they have had people trespass, steal and harass homeowners. They fail to provide all that's listed in the HOA rules. They are careless, unprofessional, corrupt and willing to put anyone at risk.

They should be put out of business.

Can I give a 0? Not even worth 1 Star.

This is my experience.... this is the worst management company on planet earth. They allow vendors to cuss at homeowners, endanger children, steal property and to neglect their contracted duties. Chateau landscaping has been the gardeners for the Willows HOA for 25 years. Never to be shopped to see if there is a better deal out there. The corruption between the HOA, GM Management and Chateau is epic. In my experience I had one of their gardeners blindly throw 50lb beams over my fence while I had my 3 children (6,4,1) playing in my backyard at the time. Nearly missing them. I confronted them in the front yard on my property and one of them started cussing at me. Be careful with him for he has flicked off my pregnant wife, spit at my kids while driving by and has continued to cuss at my family and guests whenever driving by. I have asked GM for meetings and they only accepted one. At the meeting they defended Chateau and the inappropriate Gardner. Now a Gardner (who is suppose to be here once a week) hasn’t been on my block since second week of January. I understand that we had rain but it didn’t rain straight for 45 days. I complained to GM and they told me that the gardeners were there the week prior. Meanwhile that was the week of horrible rains for 5 days straight. So unless Gardners now mow lawns in the rain it has not been taken care of. Just another example of the lies and corruption.

I have asked for the last name of the inappropriate gardener so I can file a civil restraining order and the management company will not comply. Once again proving who they defend and their character.

I have asked for help and support from GM and received 0 help. GM has belittled, disrespected and endangered my family. They continue to employee a vendor instead of taking care of the safety of a homeowner.

The above is based on my families and guests experiences.

ALL Rude, Nick Moses and his crooks! The maintenance guy is trash, they ask for a deposit and then still want to charge for damages that should be covered by the deposit!! This company is a joke and receptionist was no help either.

John Snee doesn't return calls or emails. Doesn't follow up on issues that are supposed to be covered in our HOA fees. Unprofessional, and flat out disrespectful.
