Gina and team were PHENOMENAL! We put together a somewhat non traditional wedding - several food truck vendors, tropical drinks from one vendor, coffee from another, added decor and plants. Gina worked with us tirelessly to bring together our plan, and sourced some amazing vendors and found an amazing wedding bubbly wine. The day of the event came, and the Gina Bee Events team were incredible. I had so many people come up to me during and after the event to speak on how attentive Gina's team was. At one point I was coughing and Karen from Gina's team comes out of nowhere with a napkin and asking if she can get me water. The mother of the groom had a similar experience with Gina's team being there making sure she was having a good time. They were at the facility till about 3am making sure everything was taken care of and wrapped up so we didn't have to worry about anything. They were so fun and caring, I truly cannot say enough good things about working with Gina Bee Events and having them at your event. Book them book them book them!!!

Gina blew me away! She was on time for every meeting. Quick to reply to emails and text messages. But above all those things, she delivered exactly what she promised, which was a good time, with a professional team for our event. Which was no small event, there were 270 guests, a full bar, plated dinner, hand passed appetizers, entertainment and decor all managed by Gina and her team. I can't wait to work with her again!

Where do I even begin to express my gratitude for Gina Bee Events? Their incredible team, with Mandy leading the way for our event, coordinated my daughter's wedding reception last Saturday, and I am still in awe of their exceptional service.
From the beginning, Mandy exuded warmth, reassurance, and expertise. She seamlessly guided us through every stage of planning, from layout design and vendor selection to timeline creations, and day-of execution. Her confidence and hard work instantly put us at ease, and we knew we were in the best hands possible.
On the day of the event, Gina Bee Events truly impressed. Their team worked tirelessly for a staggering 10-hour day, ensuring every detail was executed flawlessly. They meticulously set up every table, guided vendors with precision, and coordinated with the DJ to announce each step of the event seamlessly.
But their dedication didn't stop there. From greeting guests with champagne to serving hors d'oeuvres, managing trash and clutter discreetly, and setting up the dessert table with finesse, they truly went above and beyond. They passed out fun toys for kids and managed surprises, like an oil spill, effortlessly. Gina, the owner, even went out at 10pm to find a solution for the spill. That's true dedication!
I cannot recommend Gina Bee Events highly enough. They are a true gem in the event planning industry, and I am beyond thrilled with the exceptional service they provided. My daughter's wedding would not have been possible without Mandy and the entire Gina Bee team. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Gina is AMAZING!! I first met Gina in 2018 while planning our October wedding, she dove right in and had NO idea what she was getting in to. I am a hands on kind of girl and had lots of little conversations with all the vendors prior to a friend referring me to Gina. She was perfect, gently stepped in and she made our day over the top perfect! Her team was on point, all the guests raved about the service. She is always the first person I call or refer if anyone is hosting an event! She has great relationships with the local vendors and is easy to talk to and work with, THANK YOU GinaBee!!!

There are no words adequate enough to sum up how amazing Gina and her team are! We absolutely recommend them and would give them 100 stars if we could. Gina was there every step of the way and was crucial in making sure our wedding plans went off without a hitch. She worked with all of our vendors so well and was our biggest advocate every step of the way. On our wedding day, Gina went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! She was incredible and worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect. She made sure my wife and I had time to eat and kept us ahead of schedule all day long. She never missed a single detail. Our family and friends were amazed and had nothing but amazing things to say. We can’t thank Gina and Ferny enough for everything. Gina is incredible--she coordinated our wedding with 6 days notice....yes days. She is extremely detailed oriented, knowledgable, and easy to work with. Everything turned out so much better than we could have imagined! She really took the stress away so we could relax and enjoy celebrating with all of our friends and family. We highly recommend her for any event you might be throwing, she will make sure you're prepared for everything!
