I cannot say enough positive things about Ghada. She's been a blessing in our lives for so long, and truly is passionate about helping people every way she can. If it weren't for her help in 2000, my Mom would have lost her home in Marin to a predatory reversed mortgage.More recently, she worked her magic with a very good friend of mine, saving her home and tons of money! Ghada worked diligently on my behalf. My son-in-law used Ghada for a mortgage loan several years ago and this is the second refi that she has done for me and I would use her again. I'm happy to say that she is like family.

Thank you for your professionalism, your grit, your perseverance, your caring. I had a very difficult transaction in that my investment condominium was unwarrantable. Before I met Ghada, I went to another brokerage who put me through the entire loan process only to tell me they could not do the loan at the eleventh hour. In fact most lenders would not do my loan.​ Ghada found one that did ALL of the following: gave me a fair interest rate given the loan type, able to transfer my appraisal from previous brokerage to her lender so that I did not have to pay for another appraisal (a $600.00 savings), and saw to it that the lender waived the one point they had planned to charge me for the complexity of my loan!

What can I say? What a hard worker you are Ghada! I can’t possibly thank you enough for helping us my daughter and I purchase our first home. It was a very scary leap and seemed impossible at the time but I quickly realized I was in good hands and if you couldn’t do it, no one could!
