If you are looking for an attorney that works in your best interests and is honest & ethical, Gerard may NOT be that attorney.

We recently were in the process of buying a house from a homeowner & we were the strongest & best offer. The seller had agreed to our offer & was extremely happy to move forward at first. That homeowner had Gerard as her attorney.

Long behold we found out Gerard was trying to buy the house (because he also flips) & had offered much less as well so he swayed his client & told them that our offer was not legitimate. This is unethical and mischievous. An attorney should be representing your best interests but unfortunately there may be some like Gerard who have other motives.

I was referred to Gerard through a friend who I whole heartedly value . Gerard and his firm were honest professionals and got the job done. He was professional in all off my
my expectations. They handled a tenant eviction in my home and they were true to their word and got the job done. Gerard’s office personnel answered every phone call and email professionally and I never felt like I was intruding on their time.
I would highly recommend his services if you are in need . I had many emails and conversations with his paralegal Maureen who answered all my questions and concerns. The moving company that they recommended as well lived up to all my expectations.
You can take comfort in knowing that if you are in need of an eviction attorney, Gerard is the one that you should hire.

Gerard Glass is what your looking for in a lawyer. Gerard Glass and his associates are there when you need them they are extremely responsive, from start to finish. Lets just say they get the job done. With out Gerard Glass and his associates, I wouldn’t have been able accomplish breaking my lease from a complex that’s been giving me the run around since day one. They not only broke my lease they got me my return and security back. Having them on my side made it easier for me, it got my voice heard, and accomplished what I needed done in a professional manor.
