Sooooo, I have been filing with gateway for over 13 years and they are by far thee best Tax service ever. Every one there is professional and courteous and gets true job done. However , I do have my Favs!! Kenny, Rudy, Barbara (my tax preparer) but they’re also my family too! They didn’t adopt me I adopted them! If you need professional service, Gateway is the def route to go!

I went there to have my taxes done today. My first impression was good I was greeted warmly. However that changed QUICK! While I'm filling out the forms given to me, one of the two woman working there received a call from a customer requesting her exact refund amount she put the call on hold and Yelled across to the other lady how the caller ( she said her first and last name) is getting on her nerves for asking her refund amount. ( which I would think is a common question) The other lady replied, again yelling back to her the exact amount the customer will receive. Now all of us waiting heard there interaction. I thought was unprofessional and the callers privacy was violated. I got up- tore up- the form I was filling out. They'll never have a chance to discuss my Business or Do my TAXES!!! Very Unprofessional!! Beware!!

So I been with gateway for so long wonderful ppl great vibes in gage in vermont till last year had a bad experience with one of the employees but still gateway took care of me made it right moving to Crenshaw were the office feels full of life and wonderful smiles and great customer service if ur tax service agent I's not cutting it head ur way to gateway in Crenshaw imperial u won't regret it.
