I have gone to a ton of gamestops from all over. I have only found two that I have been to where the employees made it worthwhile to shop there. This location is located in a great large shopping center with plenty of parking. There is handicap parking and regular parking upfront which is really nice. I have gone in twice both times I met with the employee Charlene. While I was scouring the store for deals I could constantly hear her striking up a conversation with every person who came in even if was just to ask about their day. When it was my turn to interact with her she was not only very nice to me but to my daughter and wife. It was an excellent interaction. The store was well kept. Everything was easy to find. The wait in line was less than 5 min and I was offered and shown how to use the fancy new reserve thing. Go to this GameStop if you want to find what your looking for and be treated like a real person!

The system is set up to screw over the customer. With coupons and redeemable. Also the majority of store staff offers no support or help. They used to have some excellent employees and amazing management. It has long since gone downhill.

Extremely rude, complaining about their bosses and supervision. I asked about a game that was coming out if they knew anything about it, the guy told me yes it’s just like the old game just updated. I said I never played that game and he told me to go play it and I’ll know what it’s about. I asked and I play the old version on the switch and he said I just told you no, so I said, how am I supposed to play the old one? The point of this I was just asking a simple question about his opinion of a game in the Rudy answers I got from him and the other girl definitely means I will not be buying anything from this GameStop.

I'm always keeping my membership and buying my kids games,controllers, staff is pretty cool and polite! But this is the second time that I buy a pre-load game card of $50.00 dollars and when my kids scratch the card and load the code into he's game system it says "CARD IS BEEN USE" we thought my kids were doing something wrong! So my husband bought a Playstation renewal year membership!! And guess what?!!! Same freaking problem!!! I'll update my review to 5 star's when they reimburse me my losses.

Wow! what a great experience! I, had picking up a few things here. Trinity the lady who helped me was very nice, patient w/all my endless ?'s and very knowledgeable about everything. I watched her handle about 10 people in the store at once like it was nothing. customer service like this is rare. TY Trinity! =)

Iffy service. The store lead Rory was super helpful but the other was extremely rude, to the point I had to tell her to calm down as she was yelling at me over a warrenty exchange. If there was anywhere within twice the distance I would happily drive the 2 hours to not deal with her
