Joann did ours taxes ( standard deductions). She said we owed Federal $1300+. My husband( who is NOT a tax accountant) questioned her as he looked through ours briefly and thought we were to get a $600 refund. It turns out, my husband was correct. Her mistake could have cost us ALOT of money and she wouldn't even refund any of the $250 fee she charged us. I suggest everyone double check her figures. We will not use her for taxes and will not recommend this FSG to anyone.

I have been coming here for a few years and love it! I have tried doing taxes myself online and its too much of a hassle and not something you want to mess up. Everyone I have worked with here has been so kind, helpful and efficient. Its nice to have some as annoying as taxes be hassle free.
