Frontier Property Management has done a fantastic job of taking care of our properties for over 10 years. The owner is amazing, so helpful and always available. They can take care of anything and everything you might need. Down to the very last detail. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We do not live locally. They removed all the stress from being landlords. They are truly our saving grace. They are the only property management I would recommend, and I highly recommend them.

I would like to highly recommend Frontier Property Management and Sales, and especially broker Shelly Ravelli. She has managed my properties in the Tuolumne County area for years, and has expertly guided the successful sale of two challenging properties in recent years. She worked overtime to maximize profits on both sales. I really felt like I got my money's worth. The service, and attention to detail was beyond compare. Shelly is a real star in this industry, and I was blessed to be associated with her and Frontier Property Management.

If jobs aren’t paying 3 times the rent, then why is that a requirement?! If everyone meets your requirements for renting, then why not just BUY A HOUSE?! Your pretentious requirements are the epitome of why there is a homeless problem

My time leasing with frontier one would have been fine had it not been for the obvious disorganization, the lack of communication, and ultimately the unprofessionalism that boiled over by the end. Little maintenance requests or questions for my property manager Shelly took a long time to get a response even after multiple follow ups. Once while I was inside my unit my door was unlocked and opened by 2 strangers. Turns out they were given my key by mistake instead of the key of an empty unit to tour alone without a property manager present. So that was a bad experience that was a huge compromise to my safety and showed a lack of organization and attention to important details. There were several other instances that proved disorganization from within their office. In the middle of my lease I received a letter of a couple months of late rent fees from several months prior. I followed up on this right away and I was told the letter was sent by mistake and I was all good; the fees would be removed. I never heard of the matter again until I was moving out and received a letter of over $1000 of late rent fees from 8 months. Shelly and I were not agreeing on an outcome as she was insisting the late fees were correct so she referred me to her broker, who I could not get on the phone to discuss this with. After a lot of back and forth (ignored) phone calls and emails, I finally got my point across with a lengthy email with all the facts and proof provided. The fees were removed but not without a huge headache. No one ever really answered my questions/points in the email so I couldn’t tell if it was just severe disorganization/miscommunication from within their office or if they were trying to scam me and hoping I didn’t notice. Overall my time renting from Frontier One would have been perfectly fine had I not run into so many issues with my property manager and if the broker had been a little more willing to get on the phone with me and communicate; everything I was saying to my property manager on the phone is what I put into email to the broker that eventually got them to see reason and remove the fees. If you are choosing to rent from them, I recommend keeping documentation of everything: the initial unit conditions, any maintenance problems, any communications with the office IN WRITING and their response times.
communication and disorganization.

The folks at Frontier One are incredibly helpful and kind. I found my dream property on their site and in the span of about two weeks, I was living in it. Karen even recommended a local butcher shop. I feel incredibly lucky to have found them.

Karen has been the best and so exceptional in her professionalism and ability to provide quality service to us for our rental property and relocation to the area. After an extensive search, I highly recommend Frontier Property Management to anyone looking for a great experience. Also, Havilah is so knowledgeable and highly motivated addressing all of my concerns. Many thanks for all of the excellent and timely service.

Not great, not even good. I was contacted regarding a rental property I had asked about. I decided to submit my application and pay the processing fee. It gets expensive paying screener fees, so I'm very selective about who I give money to.
Anyways, long story short... I sent jpegs of my deposits and balances. Three of them. I CC'd myself on them. I know they were perfect. But the receptionist said she could only see one. I re-sent them each as a separate email. Then I just forwarded her my entire bank statements for Nov thru Jan 2024.
When I called her to find out what her problem was now, she said that my government issued ACH transactions were not real. Easily verify w the bank or SSA or google lens... but they thought it would be better to accuse me of dishonesty. They should be shut down.

Although I have only rented from Frontier Property Management for 1 year, I have to say that they are great! The apartment I live in got flooded from this flash flood that we recently had and they had maintenance out so fast! My area rugs got ruined (so I thought) and they had a company clean them for me. Frontier is so easy to deal with and all the ladies that work in the office are always so helpful and cheerful. I mainly speak with Havillah & Shelly and they are always friendly and on top of it all.
The other PM company I dealt with in the past was very unprofessional.
I recommend Frontier if your going to rent/purchase a place.
