My client entrusted their taxes to Frome & Associates, and initially, the service was commendable. Nick, who was assigned to our case, made a positive impression. However, over the past several months, our experience has drastically deteriorated. Nick has failed to respond to our calls, emails, texts, or any other form of communication. He has gone completely AWOL, and I'm surprised his father would tolerate this behavior being a seasoned professional.

For the last several months, my client has been completely ignored. Despite countless attempts to get in touch, we’ve been met with nothing but silence. NO ONE from your firm has contacted us via phone, email, text, or any other means.

This level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. If this reflects your business practices, we are deeply disappointed.

Nick has been wonderful helping us with our tax’s the past few years. Not sure why our experience has been different than some of the others on here but we highly recommend Nick. He’s given us great advice and always makes time to discuss things if we have questions. We found ourselves in a couple of unique situations that he had knowledge on to help us move forward confidently. The rest of our family uses him as well!

Glad to see there is some balance with reviews here, however I cannot recommend Nick for tax preparation. His communication has been extremely spotty, and he basically dropped the ball and stopped responding to e-mail and phone calls over the course of several weeks of sending e-mails and leaving voicemails, even with the explicit request to let me know if he is unavailable to help. The interaction has been very unprofessional. A colleague had similar feedback and decided to utilize someone else. If you are a small business owner needing more than personal tax preparation services, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Nick's secretary said she forwarded my messages as well and apologized about the lack of response. I am not writing this review to be punitive, but I am a bit confused how Nick decides it's reasonable to just stop responding to an established client.

I was referred to Fromme & Associates several years ago when I had what I considered a unique tax year. I had my personal, an LLC and a guardian account. That first year I traveled to Ca from Nv and met with Nick. I found him to be very approachable,, knowledgeable and professional. He's been great to work with ever since. I don't travel to see him anymore. I make my appointments very early because I know they book up quickly. I'm prepared and send him my documentation and any questions I have. When we have our online or phone appointment we discuss everything and that's it. If he has any other questions while preparing my taxes we correspond via email. I know they are very busy during tax season and they have very little time unless it's on the schedule. My experience is that Nick has been awesome to work with and I highly recommend Fromme & Associates.

Brought my taxes here after being recommended Nick and hearing great things. Unfortunately Nick never worked on my taxes after having them over a year. Not only did he never do his job I spent months trying to contact him (phone and in person) without him ever responding. I wish I could give Nick 0 zero stars. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY!

Nick and his receptionist are rude and unprofessional. Nick had my taxes for over a year and never filed them. Showed up to talk with him over a handful of times and he was always "too busy" to take a moment to speak. Was promised he would call after scheduling multiple phone calls with him and never received a single call. If you actually want a professional to help you go somewhere else.
