I was referred to fox & fox by another law firm whom has extensive knowledge of my current ongoing employment litigation.
The questions asked during the brief "consultation" were meant to gage how much I could pay to keep the case going.
As soon as the attorney became aware that I am disabled and unable to pay extravagant hourly fees out of pocket, he began to give excuses as to why he couldn't take my case without first asking about the merits of the case.
Examples;
(1) He has too many cases currently.
(2) It would cost alot of money to review the case where it currently stands, and I don't have it to pay.
(these were his words!)
(3) He works for a firm, therefor he can't make decisions independently.
(4) He doesn't have all the necessary information to make an offer, but is too busy to follow up to obtain the necessary information..

I think you who are reading this get the point..
Without money to pay hundreds of dollars an hour in fees, we have no civil rights or equal access!

This message is for the hourly employees, the disabled, the disadvantaged and underprivileged looking to uphold your civil rights.
Majority of these law firms advertise that they are for the people, but in reality they serve the corporate giants that can afford to pay upfront to drag these matters out, effectively exhausting the hourly workers resources and therefor making it nearly impossible to find an ethical attorney who will seek to learn first about the merits rather than your economic status.

I am writing to share my excellent experience with attorney Randy Gold from Fox & Fox. I sent an email request from their website and he responded same day with a phone call. I called him back the next morning and he answered and set up an appointment for the following day. His advice was helpful and his customer service was above and beyond.
