All of the employees here are extremely nice and easy going. I rented from them roughly 12 years ago and recently started renting from them again. The application process was simple, repairs have been completed quickly, and it's been a great experience so far. Would recommend over some of the other management companies I've experienced.

Four Seasons has always taken great care of me. Communication is excellent & they have gone above & beyond in response time, repairs, appliance replacement. I recommend this property management to everyone. The ladies in the office are so helpful, courteous, and always professional! I'm thankful to deal with such a wonderful office & staff. I've rented through them going on 2 years & plan on sticking with them. 🙂

Originally, I gave them 3 stars. We rented for just over 3 years; initially they were a bit of a disaster. Nothing was clean when we moved in, under the sink was overrun with what looked like mold (had I not been 8 months pregnant with a 15 month old and demanded they come clean it, they wouldn't have), and after a year of being there the slow leak in the roof finally caved the drywall in the bedroom and it wasn't fixed for 9 months (and then started leaking and falling apart again the last 3 months we were there)..even after 6 attempts to get it fixed. The original manager of the office was horribly rude, and hung up on me even after a mistake by their office with the water bill. The last 18 months there, and several changes in the office, is why I gave them 3 stars. Staff was excellent, and work orders were done in a timely manner. We moved out 4 months ago, received a check from our deposit, and called it done. But....last week I received water bills for December, and January out of the blue for $200. I'm not sure why it took 5-6 months to get out final water bill but it's pretty lame. Hopefully, they get their acts together with stuff like that because I've never received a water bill 6 months after the fact from any property management.

I submitted aplication with references 700 + credit score with 6 figure income.
Left my family on the hook for 3 weeks never reaching out we had to call daily just to get an update. End result is denied . If you are looking for a home to get in quick and not be jerked around I would avoid 4 season reality. I have rented from 4 rental agency's and have never been so neglected. And homeowners if you are looking to rent out your home like I have do not go through 4 seasons. There are many other rental company's that will give you the time and attention a client deserves.

4 Seasons Realty of Tehachapi, CA., has to be one of THE most patient and compassionate (YES, I wrote "compassionate") group of gals and guys I've dealt with in this community.
Never a rude attitude or unpleasant demeanor.
Always a smile and a listening ear to our needs.
If these traits 'turn you off', then maybe you Should look elsewhere.

Worst Rental company I have ever gone through.I rented from 4 seasons 3 times.I was NEVER late on my rent.They take forever 2 fix ne thing nd that's if it even ever gets fixed.The 1st apartment I rented through them the same month I moved in my neighbors pipes busted nd completely soaked the carpet in my room.It took a few days 4 the maintenance guy 2 come nd all he did was pull up my carpet tear out most of the padding then put a fan iny room 2 dry the carpet.I called numerous times 2 ask when they would b back 2 pic up there fan nd replace the padding in my room nd fix the carpet nd all they would say is they would get back 2 me nd never ne call back.over 4 months later the maintenance guy comes 2 pic up his fan but not fix replace the padding nd fix the carpet.Mind u I had a 6 month lease nd the pipe broke the month I moved In nd by the time my 6 month lease was up it still hasn't been fixed.nd they tried 2 charge me 4 things that were broken when I moved in that I HAD marked on my walk through sheet.Nd the last house I jus rented through them was a month 2 month lease was suppose 2 get a water bill from them nd after living there 4 bout a month nd a half I went into the office nd asked y I had not received a water bill cause they pay the bill then bill u nd u reanberse them all they said is sometimes the bills r slow at coming which is crap cause I have had 2 pay water nd trash at my old house nd there never almost 2 months late wit the bill nd needless 2 say bout 2 nd a half months after moving into the house 1 of the ladies from 4 seasons comes 2 my house gives me a 30 day notice not nd eviction but 30 day notice 2 move nd when I ask y she tells,me we Dont have 2 have a reason.I took care of that house I cleaned the whole entire yard I brought the grass back cause it was all dead nd I was a quiet tenent nd always on time wit my rent nd still no reason 2 ask me 2 move out.Horrible Rental Company nd rude staff
