I have never seen such an unresponsive service organization. I haven''t been able to get even a response on the need to transfer shares in over a week. Use somebody else.

I received a call from this company July 28, 2020. It was an automated call, stating I should press '1' to speak with a warranty specialist. Not only have I never heard of this company before today, my car has been paid off for years, and I am also on the no-call list.

This is beyond frustrating.

Terrible customer service. They give you a months-long runaround of non-answers via email and if you try to contact them via phone, they just say to leave a message (you never get called back).
