Do your uber inspection elsewhere. Called to make an appointment showed up to find a tech sleeping on the chairs in the lobby and had to wait 1 hour after my scheduled inspection just to be nitpicked and failed over a comment I made about why make a schedule if they will start your car an hour later. Since firestone took over this place it's been down hill. I recommend go elsewhere for your inspection and any other work.

I took my car to Firestone to get looked at a few months ago back in June because I noticed a burning smell and I thought maybe the brake pads needed to be replaced. They ended up saying that it was because the oil pressure sensor was bad and so they replaced that for nearly $800 (was told by annother mechanic that this should have been $300 max.) and suggested that I get my engine detailed or power washed. I did that but it started to smoke up even more and I thought maybe it was just residue that was left over and thought it would eventually all burn up. A few weeks go by, and I noticed that it was still burning up really bad and my oil level looked higher than it should have, so I brought it back to them, they said that everything was fine and the oil level was good (it was definitely over-filled). A few more weeks go by and I noticed that the oil level was very low recently, and I ended up taking it back in again and they said that the oil pressure sensor that they put in my car was defective so they ended up keeping my car for two days to replace it because they were waiting on the part. A few days went by and it was still smoking up pretty bad and it looked like it was leaking oil so I dropped it off again on this past Saturday afternoon and did not hear back from them all day so I called 15 minutes before closing and asked for an update and the tech that answered was shocked they hadn’t called me since he asked if he should and the other crew members said that they would call me. He said that they found another leak that wasn’t related to the oil pressure sensor and that they would need my car until Monday afternoon. I did not hear from them all day on Monday so I called before closing and they said that I should call back the next day. I finally got a call which was not conclusive at all and was basically told that I need to go elsewhere since they weren’t able to determine the root of the issue. This process has been extremely frustrating, I initially paid nearly $800 for the oil pressure sensor replacement which most likely wasn’t even an issue to begin with (I asked the tech upon picking up my vehicle today and they said they weren’t sure since he did not do the original repair). In addition to this, I’ve had to spent about $100 in Ubers going to and from Firestone, had to miss a few days of work, and purchase 2 quarts of oil when it was low. And now I have to go get it repaired elsewhere and there is a chance that the negligence of the technicians at this location may have caused my engine to be completely ruined due to overfilling the oil. Took it to another mechanic and was told that the techs at Firestone clearly misdiagnosed the issue and overcharged me for the oil pressure sensor, and that the engine needed to be replaced likely due to Firestones negligence. Reached out to Firestone to file a claim and that was a complete headache and did not get any compensation whatsoever. Save yourself the money and time and go to a trusted local mechanic instead.

Friendly staff who know what they are doing, Giesy and Felipe are always great at trying to be accommodating. It’s always a good idea to set up an appointment but even if you dont they do their best to get u in and out. Been going here for 3 years no complaints
