I have a warranty with them for my car. My car had issues yesterday so I had to get it towed to a close by dealership for repairs but the dealership was closed already so I had to leave it overnight.

My husband arranged the tow and spoke with Fidelity before the tow even happened. They told him "Yes, we can reimburse you for the tow up to $100." Okay, cool. Tow comes out to $100.20

Next day dealership calls me early in the morning to say car is fixed, i owe them $170.
I called Fidelity before paying to see if they would cover the cost of repair as well as tow like they said they would. They said nope, since a claim was never made by the dealership and car is already worked on they can't pay for the fix..... AND they can't link the claim to the tow so now they aren't covering that either.

WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL MY HUSBAND THIS YESTERDAY BEFORE WE HAD IT TOWED? You guys mentioned nothing about having to have a claim first or having the tow connected to the claim blah blah.... Now we have to pay everything out of pocket because we have never dealt with anything like this and were not first informed by Fidelity.
