I did business here two years. Both years they calculated my taxes wrong. I got refunds back after paying in after taxes. The customer service is not great. It's pretty obvious they only care about big business accounts. If you are a family or small business I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Given their Chicago background it shows they care very little for small town businesses owners. It's really too bad. I know several other small business owners who have pulled their business in the last year.
