Have been a customer for over 25 years and had a problem cashing my check because it had a business name written under my name where an address would be in a window mailing envelope.
Made me feel as if I was trying to commit fraud. I have to go to bank we’re business writer banks to get it cashed. I would not recommend them to anyone

I gave a check to a business that attempted to cash the check at this bank. The bank returned the check saying they cold not locate the account. The check and account is real and my bank informed me that Family Security Credit Union mis read the check numbers. This cost me $50 for their mistake. When I called FSCU, the manager was very defensive and I told her I was simply making a complaint. I feel that no matter what I told her, she was going to defend and not take responsibility. I would not trust this bank. Maybe I will just make my complaint to the ACUA or NCUA.

Representative was very rude. I Went to cash a check and I signed it and gave her my id. She asked me if that was my signature...? I said yes and told her I was going to deposit it online through Listerhill mobile app but since it was after 2pm I decided to not do it because otherwise I was going to have to wait until monday for it to be deposited since it was Friday. I was told they couldn't do it because I dont have an account with them. I explained I have an account with Listerhill CU so we can just deposit it there, as I have done it before at that same location AND as my mother in law does all the time!!! She said "no, thanks". So basically she refused to deposit my check FOR NO REASON!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
