This was less than a one star for me! I worked for a Tax Service at one time not that long ago. They couldn't even get my address right after my filling out their questioner and me giving them a couple of previous tax returns, the address that they put would be between my house and next door, doesn't exist...The State owes me several hundred that I will never get! They had me paying several thousand, I haven't had to pay anything for years!!! Then charges me a lot to do them. Finished them and never bothered to call me when they were done. When I called about the mistake I was told I must have given them the wrong information, there was nothing they could do...not even I am sorry or we will amend it. Never Again!!!

This did not work for me this guy is an idiot he don't know what he is doing I cannot get my FEDERAL tax return cause the stupid entered the wrong social security number wrong 3 times and now I have to call the IRS to confirm my identity and he charged me $300.00 dollars it's really unfair and he does not know what he is doing I'll never go back to file my income tax with him he does not have your back but he is willing to take your money
