I moved to Alabama from California back in November. I worked super hard to get a job, but was getting nowhere. I decided to try Express and met Charlotte my amazing recruiter. She sent me on a few interviews, which was amazing because I wasn’t getting any interviews on my own. One job I thought would be perfect for my son, so I bugged him until he signed up, and he did get that temp assignment and now works directly for the employer. I eventually got an amazing job through Express, it was just a temp assignment, so I know there will be something else Charlotte will find for me in the future. I know Express will work hard to place people, so now I pushed my neighbor to get signed up and it has only been a few days and she has already gotten an interview, so amazing. If this review gets anyone motivated to get into Express, tell them Karen Arneson sent you.?

Charlotte has worked diligently to find me a job that fits my strengths and has decent pay. I moved here a few months ago and was so worried about finding a job that paid enough to take care of my kids, express (charlotte in particular) gave me peace of mind knowing she was on top of it and genuinely cares about my situation and takes into consideration I’m a single mom of 4 kids. I am working with them now and I’m on track to be hired on after my 90 days! Charlotte is a life saver, literally, and the best in Baldwin county!!

I don't know how people are managing to find jobs with these people. They don't help you in any way and don't keep you updated on the status of applications you put in. Both Mobile and Summerdale have failed to help me get a job and were a waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend for seeking employment AT ALL
