Hugo is an expert when it comes to doing your taxes. He is extremely responsive! Regardless of the time you call, he will answer. This shows the respect and dedication he provides to each client. I was able to call and schedule an appointment the following week. Hugo, was able to accommodate me to the best time frame I could have for the specific date I needed. I went to do my taxes on a Thursday afternoon (1/23/2020 at 3:00PM). I was extremely lucky to be attended very quickly, so there was no wait time for me. Please do keep in mind Hugo is extremely professional and schedules accordingly. If you have to wait a little past your appointment have the patience because it is well worth it! He will not rush you to get your appointment done. He answers questions even if they sound irrelevant because he cares! Going to Hugo is a pleasing experience and that matters to me. Our time is valuable and he clearly understands that. He will assist you in the best way possible. This is not a place to just do your taxes. You leave with relief that you're in good hands and gained a little bit knowledge about taxes. Executive Tax Pro Services is my to go every year!

Hugo is the best very helpful and a great guy.
