If waiting months for a response/solution from one of the partners is your jam, then give Landon Long a call! My family hired and paid this firm over three years ago to create three (somewhat complex) trusts. Recently, we discovered several errors. Getting them resolved was beyond frustrating and difficult and took months. The blatant lack of responses to multiple inquiries is a level of unprofessionalism that I have never encountered. I initially had very high hopes of a long standing business relationship and I am extremely disappointed to learn that I am unable to rely on Landon or this firm moving forward. PSA
