Ethan is well experienced and very detailed. We had some other agent that’s been randomly matched via Redfin, the person didn’t perform as good as Ethan did. Ethan did his research on every house prior our tour and explained everything and share his thought on every house tour after we went. We were actually not the highest bidder, but the seller agent trusted Ethan so much that we were eventually chosen.
