I have done business with eSmith for several years now after using a large corporation to manage our companies phone system. What sets eSmith apart from others is the personal touch of the staff when technology gives us problems. One night our server went down and the technician contacted us to gain access to repair the issue preventing very little down time for our business. They have always been a valuable resource for our business when we have technology questions. It might not be something that pertains to their service but they are always happy to help lead us in the right direction.
