We hired Linda and John to help with some mold we discovered in our HVAC and basement. Linda was quick to respond and get an inspection scheduled. John came up within days and was so thorough in his inspection and helped take swab, air and ERMI tests at our request. Once the results came back, we had a one on one consultation with Linda on how to move forward and to help digest the labs results. They are both so knowledgeable but also don’t work on scare tactics like I’ve heard others doing. They’re realistic and give great referrals and advice. I think their test results are valuable to us as we now navigate remediation and have unbiased data to work off of. If we need testing again, we will hire them. If we buy another house, this will be the first test we have done. We’ve learned so much in this process on how to be wise home shoppers in the future and realize how important air quality is to our family. Thanks Linda and John!
