As somebody that was new to the process I was a little concerned I would be completely overwhelmed with this owner build ADU. Thankfully, I came across Michael and his team! Not only was he patient and considerate when answering my questions, he also fought tooth and nail to make sure that I wasn’t taken advantage of. I highly recommend Michael. His communication skills and his knowledge are impressive. Thanks again Michael!
