Empire Credit and Collections is an excellent company with outstanding customer service. We had a high-profile client who suddenly stopped paying. If time travel was permitted, our company would have gained the losses that we did with Melissa and her company.
The previous company that we used was Capital Accounts and they have a failed system in place which explains why their company was recently sold to another collections agency. Capital Accounts was a huge mistake for our company because they've cancelled most of the accounts we submitted on their end without informing us in advance. One of their ridiculous excuse was that they believe those accounts has a history of suing the agency. They're scared out of their wits to pursue because again, they have a failed system and no proven success records.
If any company out there is in need of collecting any debts, let Melissa and Empire Credit and Collections work for you. Please don't take my word for it, but let Melissa and her company show you how effective their system really is. Again, huge thanks to Melissa and her company, Empire Credit and Collections, for their proven system and very successful track records.

This company is a total scam. They billed me $1000 4 years ago for a case that I started myself under the Freelance Isn't Free Act. I researched and provided all the necessary paperwork and information. For 4 years now I've been told it's "out of their hands" because it's with the courts. They should not be accepting cases they know are not going to go anywhere. They never follow up with any updates - I have to email them. This is totally ridiculous and I regret hiring them.
