My father has owned two properties and we have dealt with many real estate agents in the past when we were ready to rent the properties out and on every occasion each company that helped us out, took half of one months rent as the feet to rent the property out. I found this company online and spoke with Jeff over the phone and I explained to him that we needed our property rented out and that previous realtors have always charged us half of one months rent and he was OK with that . After initially putting my our property for 2900. He called me and said we should bring down the price because people do not want to rent it at that price so we brought the rent down to $2400 a month after renting out the property he contacted me telling me I owe him 10% of one full years rent and he caught me off guard because that’s not what we had talked about over the phone. He told me to go look on the lease and agreement and see that I have signed for this agreement which they did put on the lease, but did not go over the lease well because I trusted his word and our conversation that we had over the phone. I feel like this company scammed me and I just want to warn others so they know how my experience was with this Company. Because I had told him I am going to leave my feedback about how I felt with a scam He had called the sheriffs and made some false accusations so the sheriff Contacted me via phone call and I explained everything to him and he completely understood where I was coming from.
