My wife was ill and applying for a position with a deadline for submission close of business Tuesday after a long weekend . She needed her evaluation ASAP. I left San Jose at around 2pm, arrived at 3:30pm and expected we would have to wait until Tuesday which would have been tight. I explained the situation and they were willing to complete it same day even after closing. We couldn't be note satisfied and I'm grateful for their understanding. I do not recommend this company. Poor service. I ordered evaluation and additional copy later. Both times was unreasonable delay despite that for the copy I paid urgent fee.
