This man is a crook. He took $25,000 from me and then refused to do anything: totally ignored the evidence in the Discovery. His representation amounted to making me "tread water" in an attempt to force to to plead guilty to a crimes I did not commit. California Teacher Association compromised Eckhardt, money is what makes lawyers work and more money is better than less money.

I fired Eckhardt the day he attempted to take me to trial without any investigation and without me knowing what wash defensive.

He kept all of my $25,000. Ah yes, I beat the charges after I discovered that the California Teachers Association had withheld exculpatory evidence.

DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN-PLEA DEALS ARE MORE OF VALUE TO HIM.
