The driver of this bus falsely made a report that I passed her bus displaying her red lights and stop sign. This was a flat out lie. The busses at TMS boy display stopped red lights during their drop offs in their designated parking lot that drop off parents do not have access to. This very unprofessional driver was existing the parking light as I existed my parking space she was BEHIND ME, not in front of me with red lights flashing. She began beeping her horn at me because I was making a left hand turn and in her way of going straight on burdette Ave. She proceeded to yell profanities and flip me off because I was not moving fast enough for her. All of which happened just feet away from students attempting to cross the road. I will be continuing this matter further.

This is the most unreliable transportation company ever!!!! I spend more time and money putting my son on the cdta and Uber because apparently the drivers come to work when they want to. Hello why do they still have a job is be on me. My son gets on the north bus and has been mark late to school 47 times yes 47. As I write this it will be 48 cause the bus is late again. School opens a 7:20an it is now 7:22 and bus is still not here!!!

Very unreliable,never on-time. My daughter summer program starts at 8am, her bus pick up time us for 745 so far her bus is always later. Today July 10th 2024 it's 8:10 her bus still hasn't arrived. Unbelievable

Has to be the most unprofessional SCHOOL BUS COMPANY EVER. The dispatch women started arguing with me this morning because they never picked up my son and “a yo” me. My son has special needs and need to be a on a very consistent schedule. The driver arrives when ever she wants and sometimes dosnt even stop . She missed my sons stop last week and said she was tired and had to do a loop around . My son has been attacked in this bud by another student while there is suppose to be an aid on this bus . I could go on and on . The lack of responsibility from the employees, dispatch (and Mario the supervisor has never ever called me back about any of these issues ) and the district is unsettling . How can they allow people like this to drive our children around and handle special needs kids … something needs to be done ..
OH AND THEY HAVE NO HEAT ON THE BUS !!!!!

I have only had to call the company once so far and I had a good experience. No waiting on hold, and the driver was contacted while I was on the phone in real time.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible leaves kids sitting at the bus stop for hours never shows up. Drivers are rude and unsafe. Our children deserve better than this!

1st day of school and my sons bus was supposed to be here at 7:05am it’s now 7:50am and I’ve called back to back for 35 minutes now and not a single person has answered their phones. Horrible service.

The bus tracker app is totally useless, it's NEVER accurate if it works at all. My son got bit on the bus by a child with behavioral issues and when he told the bus driver/aid he was told to not worry about it. There should be a a more strict requirements of who is in charge of our children on the bus. I swear they just hire delinquents
