I worked with Sue for about a year and her guidance tremendously helped to improved my life. Our time together started with a pretty significant life change and throughout our time together Sue helped me to recognize and understand patterns and behaviors that were not serving me well. Sue also helped me to recognize and build on my strengths. I also had Reiki session with Sue. These sessions were very relaxing and provided beneficial insights. I worked with Sue for Life Coaching for about a year, really diving into my reactions to situations(Family, Job) and why I react the way I do and how to adjust my feelings so that I don't stress myself out. I think I was a difficult client ..Lol, as I was struggling in coming to terms with the realization that I'm not responsible for others(my husband and grown childrens) actions or words. I can only control how I want to react to them, "IF" I want to react to them, and will I let them intrude on my peace. She was very thorough with giving me all the tools I needed to see this and make the changes within myself that I needed to do, even if it took a whole other year for me to "wake up" and apply them. Sue is very patient and always offers an open door policy to all her past and present clients. She is honest and direct but sincere in her empathy and understanding. I was so impressed with Sues ability to listen and intuitively respond with insight and compassion that I referred her to my own son. I also had numerous Reiki sessions with Sue and always felt such a calmness and physically lighter, if that makes sense. I didn't feel so "physically weighed down" by the burdens of this life. I was renewed and refreshed and saw and felt things on a different level. I would definitely recommend Sue to anyone looking for Life Coaching, and/or Reiki, to change their perception of the stressers in their life and to feel embraced by the devine
