We owed a large amount of back taxes to the IRS and were not able to do any payments because of a divorce and a change in an employment situation. I contact them. They were very nice and very quick to jump on the situation. It has been a great experience working with them. They are very responsive and kept us up to date right away. They were able to recover 90% of the money that was levied by the IRS and work a tax settlement for less than half of what we owed.

Direct Tax Relief saved me. The IRS sent me notices stating that I owed them almost $100,000. I felt like I exhausted all of my options - I went to a well-known tax service in my county and they pretty much told me "I was in big trouble" without helping me resolve this or giving me any advice on what to do. I highly recommend Direct Tax Relief great company with professional staff.
I want to say thank you to Jay and Harry and the DTR team for helping us with our tax problems. They were very helpful and easy to work with and they were always easy to get ahold of. The communication throughout the process was awesome. It was a long drawn-out process with IRS being behind on everything, but we got it all worked out and the IRS finally accepted our offer. We owed about 70k and the DTR team got us a settlement for a little over $2600 which was a lot cheaper than we were expecting. So we are very thankful and glad we got the chance to work with you guys and look forward to working with you guys more here shortly.

Celeste was a really straightforward and reasonable person to work with. She jumps into things and assess the situation at hand with a reasonable eye and attention to detail- and when you're working with things as overwhelming and nebulous like taxes - you want the people you're working with clearly know what their doing and swiftly so.
I think the one thing that I found hard to get on board with is paying for the service before any work is done but at the end of the day, these guys are professionals that operate with integrity. They are super busy given the range of service they offer: along with working with professional CPAs, they also have tax attorneys and strategists.
