I’ve had my business insured with Diel Insurance for almost 2 years now and have been very satisfied! Tracy has been wonderful to work with. She gets back to me very quickly and I love that we can get everything done virtually. As a busy mom and business owner, time is very important to me so how this insurance group is run is very impressive and convenient.

Diel insurance, especially Amy, is fantastic! I first contacted them to change from my current insurance that was slow to get anything done, if it ever would get done. Amy took care of writing policies for all of my vehicles (two cars, boat, ATV, and home) and getting different changes made before implementing the policy in a very short period of time. I also had a change in the middle of my policy period and the change was made not more than literally 30 seconds after I got off the phone with her. This is some top notch customer service!

I have been a Diel Insurance Group customer for more than a decade. I have always been treated in a professional manner by Brian and his staff. Amy Johnson has usually been my main contact and we couldn't be happier. She responds immediately to any requests for help or information. She treats you more like a friend than as a customer.
We had a major claim a couple years ago when a plumbing valve burst. Diel Insurance acted upon the claim right away. I had a restoration service there the next day. The project was completed to our full satisfaction. Diel Insurance is a great partner to have when things go badly.

I have had several different big box insurance before we started working with Diel. This is our first time working with an insurance broker rather than just with the big company like Progressive or Geico directly. What a difference!! They recently sent me a letter letting me know that there was a lower rate with a different insurance company. It is so nice that customer service is not dead in the insurance world!!
