My experience with this office is they are more concerned with Billing than dealing with the individual and the healthcare issues . I have no problem with the Doctor but the office personnel are like devils from hell and are just way too aggressive and condescending when it comes to billing issues . I had a billing personnel literally make an accusation as to how I gave an office staff member a hard time about a bill I which i merely told her the last conversation I had with staff member is that some called me and said they were going to rebook my secondary insurance . This woman named Adrian says to me I was giving them a hard time .. I will find another doctor whose office will treat me with kindness. The whole front office are a bunch of young inconsiderate non empathetic people which I had enough of in the last couple of years … I see them as Vultures…

DO NOT see dr. stephanie charles, she will just tell you that you have PCOS and depression without wanting to do any further testing. i BEGGED this woman for more testing, and when the results came back abnormal, she told me to wait 6 WEEKS before coming back so that birth control could leave my system. it’s been almost 6 weeks, and my health has significantly deteriorated since then. this woman is negligent, incompetent, and a danger to her patients.

The Dr. Who replaced Dr Shreedhar is nice but the office is so miss managed by young new staff it is awfull. You can NEVER get through to a nurse. I have run out of medication numerous times because they either don't fill out the form correctly for my plan or they do it incorrectly. Never had an issue since 2001 until Dr. SHREEDHAR retired which is just awfull.

This office was always great to work with. An excellent and personable staff that greets you in a clean and fresh office. I have to say when you get your blood done here they are awesome and in my case with tough to find veins they always found the right spot and it was always a comfortable experience. I tend to get my blood taken with the same thrill as going to a dentist but this office is the tops and never any anxiety worries! Now Dr Enzo Ragucci is the guy that drives my wife and I to give this office 5 stars. I am sure all others are very good but we have dealt with Dr Ragucci for oh I would say at least 7 -8 years and there is none better and none as caring as this guy. He has become a personal friend of the family and is always quick to call us with results and thoughts as to what needs any work. He always returns any call when you leave a message. My wife Terry and I are forever grateful for this man who worked with us for all these years. Its too bad we have moved upstate but this man is awesome both as a doctor and personally. Thank you forever Dr Ragucci you are one class individual and Doctor.

The office is well run and the staff are all top notch. My endrocrinologist, Dr. Ragucci is amazing, through and very competent in addition to being approachable. He listens. This is a great practice. I love that it is a one stop shop for blood work, sonograms and scans. I am impressed with the practice.

Dr. Golden is caring, knowledgeable and answers questions. Yes, his schedule is crowded but he is worth waiting for. Sends results promptly, with a personal letter containing his opinion and how to proceed.

Dr. Potenza is one of the best endocrinology MD’s in north east... Period. He is 100% patient centric and sets a care plan fir and personalized for your needs. He is constantly on top of emerging technology and would use them appropriately to treat and heal you with as much minimum drugs as possible.

With his help and guidance, I was able to effectively control my type 2 diabetes from A1C of 11.9 to A1C of 6.3 which is of pre-diabetic level in 110 days. While I was focussed to reverse my type 2 with diet and activity, he provided the guidance and tools (CGM) which made me achieve my goals in just 90 days.
Many doctors would not want you to heal naturally... But Dr. Potenza believes in patient engagement, behaviors change and technology and Pharma tools to achieve a careful balance. He is quick to respond to needs and lets you focus and work on your goals with gentle reminders and nudges to keep you in track!!! I owe my healthy happy life to him!!
