Had a recruiter reach out via LinkedIn. Said I was perfect for a role he was recruiting for with WF. I was living in a motel at the time and was desperate. Shoulda known the whole experience was gonna be BS when another recruiter reached out to me from the same team about the same project on LinkedIn 2 days after I had already interviewed over the phone with them already. Long story short I started the project and day one was beyond disorganized. Worked it for exactly one month before WF abruptly cut the project for not just us but the temps from other staffing agencies as well. Everyone including Dexian were confused. I was reassured I was gonna be placed on a new temporary assignment as soon as he spoke with his contacts at other banks. But as all the other reviews have said, ghosting is their specialty. All this happened a week before Thanksgiving. Heart of the holiday season. I never heard from anyone else outside of the timekeeper who emailed me 2 weeks in a row stating I hadnt submitted my worked time. I guess she wasnt in on the emails about the project getting cut. Dont entertain this company . They’re just going to frustrate you and break your heart.

If you get a great recruiter that’s a blessing! If not good luck they don’t answer or return phone calls. Goes straight to voicemails or will tell you your qualified for a positon and leave you on read. Makes you think are they receiving an incentive by just contacting people. People lively hoods are at stake and time shouldn’t be wasted. Please do better by the sake of being a good human.

So far, I am very displeased. When I went in for the interview I felt like it was the best thing ever. The recruiter was very nice and appeared to be dedicated helping me to find employment. Shortly after the interview, the recruiter went on a 2 week vacation (I had no idea she was leaving). While she was gone, I called and followed up with other recruiters, applied to other positions nothing. However, when I would call they were so professional and ACTED like they were helping me. After many emails and phone calls, I still have not heard from the recruiter who promised me she had the perfect job for me. Nothing! Please be aware that you may go in and feel good about the agency but no communication after. I would recommend The Select Group or Logical Advantage. They both did a great job and provided great follow-up. Logical Advantage immediately had an interview lined up for me and I ended up with a 6+month contract for a major Corporate office here in Charlotte!

After trying to work with Signature Consultants over a period of 3 years, I'm officially putting them on a blacklist. Every single time a recruiter has reached out to me about a role, interviewed me in-person and just recently virtually just to in turn waste my time & go ghost. Not once did they ever follow-up to let me know whether my resume was submitted, no feedback, NOTHING! The same energy they use to hound you about a role they should have that same energy to follow-up with a status even if its not good news. With that being said, save yourself the headache & work with other agencies who have the decency to be professional throughout the entire process.

Justin Tamayo did his best sales pitch and got me interested in an opening. We scheduled a call right away and he was a no-show, but he was super fast responding to my emails asking what the hold-up was. "Things are busy." and "Trying to catch up" were the reasons given. We rescheduled for another day. Call time came and he was still a no-show. If this is how poor his communication is with me, I can't hope it would help my chances with potential placements.

What a waste of time it was working with this company. When they first contact you, they’ll ask for your information. After that, they vanished. ā€œSpeaking to the managerā€, ā€œ sent your resumeā€, ā€œemail is acting upā€ were the responses I got from them, and this was from me following up. Never heard anything else from them. Recruiters are some of the worst people to work with and I guess ā€œoutstanding communication skillsā€ isn’t one of the job requirements. Stay away from this company and their recruiters. Only reason they get a star is because google reviews is too nice.

As someone with a strong resume and above-average communication skills, I was shocked at how this firm treats its potential hires. After speaking with a recruiter three times by phone--discussing specific jobs for which he was apparently putting me up--there was absolutely no follow-up, even when I checked in via email. These people benefit if I get hired, and yet it felt like I was being ghosted. I've never had this experience with a recruiting firm before.

Signature Consultants has been great to work with. Good communication. My recruiter checks in with me every week. They have placed me in two contract positions. My current contract ends in a couple months, and they are already working to find for a new contract for me. They offer good benefits, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), and more. Great benefits for a contract position! Many other agencies either don't offer any benefits or they are so expensive, you can't afford them.
