Brian's evaluation of the integrity of the former structure was instrumental in guiding us forward and into a new design that would optimize the value of our new lake lot. I worked in pencil and grid paper to develop numerous layout options for the new build and Brian worked right alongside me to suggest, refine and ultimately develop plans that we are very happy with. He was also instrumental in helping us begin navigating County and Town requirements and essentially set our feet on the pathway of getting our project underway. Practical. Easy-to-work with. Cost-effective. I'd hire Brian again any day.

Brian at Design Tech was "different", First of all he was the only one that responded to all the email requests I sent out for my project. He is very well seasoned in his trade, always responds quickly to any questions and made many good suggestions to prevent issues with the inspectors and the project. Overall, Brian is easy to work with and does what he says he going to do.
