I attended two very different DT workshops with Dana and her team at the Getty Museum. They were both extremely well organized and facilitated, and fun! Each workshop truly created space for its participants to lay aside institutional concerns and think about whom we were really solving problems for, and how to define this process through our visitors' and users' eyes.
