Two thumbs down. Non communicative and non caring. They have the bulk of rental properties at Desert Princess but ....these guys are awful. So many things wrong but I'll list a couple.
*They charge a $250 dog fee whereas another group we rented from charged a pet deposit which is returned if no damage is done by your furry friend.
*The sliding door to the patio was broken and wouldn't open. I reported it the day after we moved in and was never fixed during the month we were there.
*I wrote to them that there was no garage door opener and was told that I didn't have access to the garage. Days after we moved out I received a message demanding I return the garage door opener or would be charged for it. Seriously?
It's a great resort and I recommend it highly but not through Randy Smith real estate broker # 02135413 and Desert Princess Palm Springs Real Estate.
