My account was hacked. Destiny, Joceline, and Hannah were super in addressing the problem and providing the support needed to correct the problems. I had a poor experience depositing money. Erin took an exception to me as it related to depositing less than $2 of mixed coins outside of deposit larger amount in cash. He told me that I should wait until, I get a entire roll ready. I have found that comment inappropriate as I was not depositing excessive coinage but a very small an inconsequential amount. He blamed it on a policy but I concluded that the took a policy designed for large coin bags to extreme only not to take any coins. I would recommend for small coin deposit this practice stops.

We have been happily banking at the Happy Valley branch for many years. We are consistently impressed with the personal attention and customer appreciation that we feel from Joceline (manager) and her team. Everyone we’ve worked with at this branch has taken the time to learn our names and recognizes us when we stop in. This team has taken a very personal approach to banking, which is not the norm today. Joceline often reminds us to reach out to her should we need something, and makes herself available (even if just to say hi) when we are at the branch . We recently moved closer to another location, but we will drive the extra few miles to continue our relationship with the team at this location. They are stellar!
