After several decades in the military, I'm fairly familiar with the"team" concept. Dennis and Marilee are truly a Team. We were referred to Dennis through Upnest. We met them, they walked our house. Gave us a realistic idea of expectations. They then set forward in a marketing campaign that was very impressive. When we recieved the first offer, They were meticulous in the review and explanation of each factor. We grew to understand the market and drawbacks during this rough economy and when the right offer came in, it really wasn't a surprise.
