This law firm is extremely poor in both professionalism and ethics. It is filled with so-called legal assistants who are not even as competent as basic clerical staff in terms of logic. The lawyers provide all sorts of flawed and error-ridden advice, yet the only thing they handle promptly and proactively is billing. Even staff transitions and changes are charged to the client’s bill. Strongly not recommended.

I had high hopes for this law firm, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating. They mishandled my case from start to finish. I felt like I wasn’t properly communicated with, and critical deadlines were missed, which ultimately led to a negative outcome. Despite my repeated attempts to get updates, I was left in the dark for weeks at a time. Their lack of professionalism and attention to detail ended up costing me in the long run. Don't ever hire any attorney from Demidchik. Their law firm charges completely unreasonably. Even when a legal assistant makes a simple call to the client to confirm something, they charge the client for it. Moreover, the client has to pay for the accountant to generate the invoice every month, and you have no idea how long it actually took them. They randomly charge fees without transparency. Their work is slow and delayed. The most outrageous thing is the manager, William. When you try to reason with him, and he realizes he can’t randomly charge you, he resorts to legal threats, saying he’ll sue you in court if you don’t pay. They’re basically scammers.

Be careful this firm they charge you $50 for being late for appointment over five minutes and on top of that they will charge you for taking your case no contingency, which is unheard of .
Other law firms, If they don’t win, you don’t pay, but remember this firm they charge you a lot of money in front so just be cautious .
