Worked as an EMT at this company and it was a DISASTER. The upper management had no idea how to run a business and never communicated with their staff. We constantly were out of the proper PPE, and the director of nursing ad HR continued to tell us to do unsafe and/or illegal things such as recapping residents' used drug needles with wine corks.... this is against the CDC and OSHA standards and incredibly dangerous. I wish I could say this was he only unsafe situation they placed us in but that wouldn't be true. The owner was being audited because there was millions of dollars unaccounted for and evidence of the county beeing billed for employees that did not exist. In April 2024 the owner Michelle Patino ceased to pay her employees the wages the earned. Since she couldn't pay her employees she had her HR person lay the rest of the employees off and then in return fired her HR person.... such disgusting behavior; especially when the individual in HR was on Michelle's side to and defended her to the very end. So disgusted that millions of dollars meant for the homeless community went missing.

Office was closed and no lights on .. sign on door says mon thru Fri 9 to 5 ?well its Monday at 330 pm .. there a joke ... I WANT MY FILE FROM YOU GUYS..
Yes they put a roof over my head , at a price though .. we were treated like criminals.
