A bad experience this year, My wife and I have been coming to have our taxes done by Bill for at least 3 years, this year it was terrible! we had our appointment 2-5-2019 and we had 2 papers missing, we turned those the following day. we waited a week and called them to find the status, they told us that they would call us back, didn't hear from them, again I called a week later, they told me that he was busy and that they will call me back... no call again. finally on the 27th they told me that they would be ready the next day and that I would get a call to come get them.. that was a lie, No call. so I phone them 3-1-19 and spoke with a different assistant, told him what was going on and that I was displeased with their service this year. He called me back and told me that a refund check was being made and that I could come pick up our paperwork... they never got our taxes done, they wasted our time, we live in the west valley.. about 40 minutes away! very disappointing ! I had many coworkers very interested in using his services. This is most likely the last time we will be doing our taxes there. very sad indeed. good luck to them.

This place is a scam! We are now over a week past tax due date, and I still have no taxes done for personal or my business and nobody has contacted me. Nobody ever answers the phone or email. I’ve been calling since January when they gladly took my $300 and have no taxes done. They should be completely embarrassed. This business is a joke

This place is a scam! I waited over 6 weeks to have them file my 2017 taxes and it was always the same run around! I had to continue to call them to find out any information. The accountant himself never contacted me, his secretary did only after I would call weekly to see progress! On Top of that they made promises that they should not have since they can’t uphold their word! $300 wasted on a garbage company! In order to get your taxes done in a timely manner there you need to be a personal friend of there’s. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
