I get a notification sent that I am getting a refund of $44.18 sent to me, this hasn't even hit my bank yet. Uh, what? Call them up immediately. Bad tone again once I request CSR to look into it. Am told I am getting the amount back to me refunded because I declined to cooperate. Remember the shipping was 8.95 and I got charged 58.90, so I'm getting less than the part cost refunded. Ask to escalate, told no one in the building can assist me. Am told to resolve this I need to email. CSR makes a big deal about creating a case since I refuse to email. Since CSR refuses to escalate I request a call back, CSR has no timeline, does not see my previous call back request. Refuses to give an employee ID. First name only, no last name, no title. Fired off email with case number because I'm ticked. End of business day, no call back. no email response.
