I went in last week for a live scan and when I walked in the owner there was nice however the guy that did my live scan was rude. Since the very start of the live scan he would get my minds very harshly and he would talk to me in a demeaning tone. I’ve been live scanned at other places so I don’t understand why he can treat costumers nice and provide a better service experience.

This guy who works here is really impolite and disrespectful. Given that they charge more than twice as much as practically anyplace else that performs live scans, it is quite audacious of them to act this way toward customers.
The man doing the live scan is the rudest person and he doesn’t treat you with respect. During the live scan process he would get my minds in a pretty harsh manner

They were not welcoming in this office at all. No one said hi, they just walked away from the counter as if I wasn’t there. The man who did my livescan was pretty rude. He constantly commented on how dry he thought my hands were very rudely. It was unnecessary and he made me uncomfortable. They also charge high prices.

I don't know the name of the person I spoke to on the phone but he was incredibly abrasive and rude, and hung up on me within 15 seconds. Debbie came highly recommended from a couple of sources, whoever this employee was is ruining this company's reputation it seems from other reviews as well.

I tried to help someone and it backfired in my face. A year later and I was in a bad way. I was taken to Debbie's by a good friend to see about an eviction. I knew nothing about the legal process. I owe a great deal of appreciation to the folks at Debbie's for their compassion, helping myself through a rough time. Thank You so very much.

Do not go here at all for Lifescan finger printing! The ladies are super nice. The problem is the man who works there and does the actual finger prints. Not only was he rude and disrespectful, they were expensive! I felt like he didn’t even want to help me and I witnessed him being rude to one of the workers there as well. I called afterwards to complain about the incident and they never returned my call. What a toxic environment. I should have gone somewhere else. I don’t know if the old man is the owner or not but I’m never going back and recommending my family and friends to never go here as well. I hope the owner reads this and treats his customer like the deserve to be treated.

Don’t go here. I went here for a live scan at 3pm and the owner became irritated because he would be late to the post office to mail a Christmas book. The female coworker calmed him down but he was extremely rude and disrespectful and grabbed my hands and fingers so harshly that was completely unnecessary. I have had multiple live scans previously at other locations and never was treated like that. If you are female, I would not recommend this place for anything. This is the first time I have ever posted a review online for anything. That’s how disgusted I was with the owner’s behavior.
