Your receptionist told me I was not able to communicate with you she blocked my attempts to make a complaint and said I was probably a drug addict and then hung up on me 8 times while I was trying to make a complaint.. She said I was not going to get communication with anyone said she would have my calls blocked by your I t guy and I just want to let you know I am a journalist this is documentary criminology for my case against you And your company for discrimination and abuse caused by your staff.. I am not happy with your company because of it attacking me as provocateurs in a vilifying fashion with malicious interest . I am very upset when calling to see if I was able to get through the service representative was so negative towards me I was Interested with genuine interest with becoming a costumer with your firm was the bases of my contact. . and I was attacked and told your company policy is for costumers who are already established as costumers and then hung up on me when I tried to get ahold of anyone they blocked me.. . this is my email that so far is not being called back yet .. They said they don't take new costumers and that nobody can complain against them.
