Hayley Brace is an absolute waste of time. She does absolutely nothing. She does not respond. I sent 4 emails before she responded and then when she finally did, she did not help me in any way. I have now asked to get the contact of her manager so that maybe someone will help, but I am sure she will just ignore that email as well.

Update: Hayley Brace's supervisor, Mary Guecia responded and said it is not the HOA issue that people are standing in my yard and half way up my driveway. She said I need to deal with the other residents standing on my property myself. Yet, Cusick let a bus stop go in my front yard instead of on public property such as the clubhouse or the entrance/exit of the neighborhood. Cusick is absolutely worthless.

I was very impressed with Miss Hayley Braces! She addressed all of my concerns that I had, and she gave me the information I needed and even emailed me in case I needed anymore help. Miss Hayley provided wonderful customer service and she gave me clear instruction on what to do and how to do it. This have been the best customer service I've had in a long time, And Miss Hayley is a very pleasant person to talk with. if i could have given her 10 stars i would have. Keep up the great work you do for your customers Miss Hayley 🙂

Let me start by saying: Hayley Brace, you are incredible.

For those in the Charlotte area, Wheel Blockers Towing has a notorious reputation for being a shady company that takes advantage of customers, engages in price gouging, and often operates in a questionable manner.

This background is important because, on the night of 12/14, Wheel Blockers towed my vehicle from directly in front of my home around 9 PM. My vehicle was legally parked in a designated area—again, right in front of my own house.

When I woke up on 12/15 and saw my car was gone, I was shocked. After learning Wheel Blockers had towed my vehicle, I was even more stunned to hear it would cost $350 to retrieve it—just 12 hours after the tow. I felt completely powerless.

I pleaded with Wheel Blockers, asking for photos of my vehicle or any justification for the tow. The manager not only refused to provide this but hung up on me six times. They claimed the HOA had ordered the tow and tried to wash their hands of responsibility.

With no other option, I paid the $350, feeling defeated and helpless.

That same day, I emailed Cusick Property Management and followed up with a call first thing Monday morning. I was transferred to Hayley Brace, and she immediately got to work.

From the start, Hayley showed empathy, urgency, and a commitment to making things right. She reviewed my email during our initial call and quickly determined the tow was unjustified. Unlike Wheel Blockers, Hayley listened, treated me with respect, and truly cared about resolving the issue.

By the end of the day, thanks to Hayley’s relentless efforts, I was fully reimbursed by Wheel Blockers. This outcome was something I never thought possible after the atrocious treatment I had endured from their management.

Hayley delivered a masterclass in customer service. Her professionalism, initiative, and genuine concern completely changed my perception of Cusick Property Management. If you ever have an issue, you can rest assured knowing someone like Hayley is on the job. She is absolutely terrific.

This version flows well and highlights Hayley’s exceptional service while maintaining a strong contrast between her efforts and the poor experience with Wheel Blockers.

Horrible HOA service. They harass homeowners for any improvements to their property. Yet don’t maintain the community pool property. Allow trash to accumulate at the park center, and the dog bins to over fill. Weeds to grow in all common areas and do not maintain walk ways as they should. They are absolutely terrible, unresponsive and incompetent!

This management company was placed in charge of our HOA. They are the most incompetent management company imaginable. I don’t believe they’ve ever stepped foot in the development. We are required to gain permission from a group managed by them for any change to our property, however this group of people are an unknown entity of people to any of the home owners and they do not “make a decision” until day 90 of the 90 days they are permitted. The decisions they come to largely do not have reasoning behind them. This is an awful company. Please do not pay them money to do the same thing one 15 year old could do.

We pay high HOA fees and do not have any amenities. Cusick does a poor job of maintaining our common areas and does not cut the grass until it is knee high. Street lights that were supposed to be installed have been left unfinished. Their lack of attention is affecting our property values as many people have commented on our neighborhood page that they our considering living somewhere else instead of moving into our neighborhood. Cusick does not respond when asked about issues. We are extremely unhappy with Cusick and would give them zero stars if possible.
