Horrible experience with Antonio and his team. We wanted to use a professional company for our first year running our business. We dropped off our paperwork to file our taxes and Erin was great. She explained we would hear something about our taxes due so we can pay before the 15th of April. We never heard anything back after emailing numerous times without a response we finally heard back a generic message saying Erin no longer worked there. I called the place so many times to see if we would get an estimate of our taxes owed and no one would answer the phone. My husband finally went up there to find out what the problem was. Basically our taxes had not ever been touched. I went up there to pick up our paperwork without filing. Customer service is horrible. No response from Antonio. I would never use them or recommend them.

We have had such a horrible experience with this company. Now I know why business go out of business. I wasn't going to post anything and will not post any specifics, but we are so close to loosing our business because these people did not do their job. I hate doing this. I understand that they are trying to run a business too, but I am just trying to inform everyone that may need an accountant to please do your research. I love my business. I have sacrificed my life, my wife, my kids for this business. I will not let it fail with the satisfaction to know that there is karma out there. Please take care of each other and keep everyone informed. I am new to all this but trusted too easy.

We didn’t have a super easy tax situation but Antonio took care of all our paperwork like it was nothing and for what it’s worth got us a better tax return than we expected! He thought of things we would have never known, but totally made sense.

We drove from Bentonville to go see him and it’s a surprisingly easy drive too. He and His wife make a solid team. Not to mention his logo kicks butt too. Totally worth our time!
