1 star required. This company is operating a scam! They never provide their contact info. They never request a buyer’s contact info. They retrieve it from the Deed; a document drafted by the seller’s attorney and signed by the seller.
Then, they send correspondence, to an address not provided by the buyer, to the buyer. Then, when they don’t respond they tack on fees (more than double what I owed). Then, they hire a law firm to collect original amount + fees + attorney’s fees.
The humorous thing is the law firm that was hired managed to contact me at my address but the company that hired them couldn’t.

I have had issues with them since day 1. They are impossible to catch at the right time and can never give a straight answer. Our neighborhood is riddled with potholes that they don’t deem priority to fix. Neighbors and I are constantly finding warnings on our vehicles about parking or some other nonsense. Most recently my fence was torn down almost a month ago by a contractor they hired and has yet to be finished. When I called to get a status no one knows what’s going on and I was given attitude when I voiced my frustrations. I pay too much in HOA fees for this little of help and quality

1.Potholes keep being slapped with a very temporary band-aid instead of fixed properly.
2. When you do get a great landscaper, you don’t pay them on time or nearly enough for the work they put in. I happen to know this for a fact because I used to work with one of the good ones.
3. The holes in the dog park are something you have been aware of for over a year and you are also aware of exactly who all is responsible for this. You’ve been provided photos with measurements as well as video evidence of the destruction actively taking place. You have the pet owners’ addresses and names. You’ve done Zero about this. Private residents actually took it upon themselves to spray that area for pests since it was crawling with fire ants last summer and fall.
4. The trash service you hire, GFL, damaged one of the dumpsters around a year ago and you have not made them replace it.
5. If anyone from your company came into their neighborhood on occasion, you would have noticed our street signs are completely gone, and the weather took out the one on Burley Drive. We residents are not responsible for reporting these. You are, as property managers.
6. There are TONS of vehicles and even a box trailer that regularly park all over the grass. I know a few people who drive through the grass all the time.
7. Your fake cameras were comical at best, and shows your level of laziness at worst. The wires were literally hanging out for the world to see. Put up some real ones. Fix your problems.
So in conclusion, WHY exactly do we pay you What quality are you providing exactly?

Unfortunately, it looks like all of the property owners that have to deal with ccmc have the same issues. Phone calls aren’t returned and emails are ignored. This happened to me last year and is being repeated now. The absurd part is, I’m a homeowner who pays the HOA they oversee monthly. I got a rudely worded letter that I owed money, so I reached out and explained that every year, for January and then randomly through the year, the automatic payments aren’t withdrawn. It was explained to me that they have issues with their company that is in charge of that. Well, it’s March and I’ve been trying to contact them again so I can actually pay my hoa bill and avoid the yearly “pay immediately or we will submit this to collections” letter. If I’m on auto draft, then why make it such a mess to pay? Moreover, why not respond to my email? Unbelievably frustrating over $50 a month.

This company has no respect for the owners they are supposed to be servicing. I have been unable to get so much as a returned phone call or email for months now. All I need is an update on minor damage from a hurricane 8 months ago and the woman the handles the HOA account is never able to come to the phone. Multiple times I’ve been disrespected and spoken down to by the various people who answer the phone most of whom insist they will have her call me back or will look into and call back themselves. Neither of which ever happen. They clearly have no concern for the property or the owners and have been nothing but a burden.

I have never left a bad review in my life but, this hoa is the absolute worse company I’ve EVER had to deal with. My reviews keep getting deleted, not sure why. I would never recommend going through this company, or living in this hoa. We’re paying them for what? To live in a trash place and have to deal with rude people? It’s sad when your neighbors have to bring in their own concrete to fill the potholes. We can’t wait to get out of here.

They have written a false report about appliances/garbage and “unserviceable vehicles” being in my yard and contacted my property management company with the report. My car had a flat tire because I drove over a nail. Woke up the next morning to someone taking pictures of it from CCM.I have NEVER had garbage or appliances sitting in my front yard or driveway. I have multiple cameras on the front of the house proving all your claims of appliances and garbage being in my yard are complete lies. My car had a flat tire and it has been fixed. That does not make it an unserviceable vehicle. Do your job correctly and stop making up lies and stop getting on people for petty “issues” to make your company seem relevant to the homeowners..

I had to give them one star to write a review and the only thing that I could attribute one star to is their nickname in the area that they’ve actually earned, “Cricket Coast”. I could tell you what most all of the other reviews have already accurately stated- they don’t respond to email, you can’t get anyone on the phone to help, they’re rude... all true but the depth of their unprofessionalism is like no other. We’ve found the number of follow-up email and calls are 4+ anytime we’ve had to contact their office and we don’t contact them unless absolutely necessary. Its incomprehensible any HOA pays for this level of service.
