My husband and I began looking for a home in Fairfield, CA in early January 2014. We were moving from Los Angeles to the Bay Area for my husband's job transfer in San Francisco and decided to escape the bustle, crowds, and traffic that characterize California's big cities. Instead we were in search of the perfect home in a smaller suburban community with easy freeway access and close proximity to both Napa Valley and Walnut Creek but with a more desirable price tag.

As first-time home buyers we didn't know exactly what to expect, but we quickly found that John Stallings and several other Country Estates agents were committed to meeting our needs. Since we were moving from out of the area and were unable to tour a majority of the homes John presented to us, he accommodated us by sending detailed photos and even 'virtual tours' of any home we were interested in.

John helped refine our search and we primarily focused on the lower Green Valley and Rancho Solano communities, which are notably among Country Estates' specialties. We couldn't be happier with the first-rate service we received every step of the way and the beautiful home that we closed escrow on in April 2014.

In 2016 we worked with Country Estates a second time as we were looking for a larger home to better accommodate our growing family. Country Estates represented us as well as the buyer in the sale of our home and then represented us as the buyers and also the sellers in our new purchase.
